I started as a software engineer building IoT apps. What I kept seeing was the same problem: the intelligence existed in the data, but the people who needed it had no way to act on it. That gap between raw enterprise data and decisions on the ground is what I've spent 9 years closing.
At TVS Motors, I own the supply chain platform serving 90+ distributors nationwide on a ₹3,000Cr+ annual revenue base. I've deployed AI replenishment engines, built dealer e-commerce generating ₹50L+ monthly, and defined the architecture for an LLM analytics copilot.

9 years of progressive growth across IoT, digital commerce, and AI-powered enterprise platforms.
Leading the enterprise DMS platform for 90+ distributors across India. Deployed AI replenishment engines, conceptualized a Pan-India inventory exchange marketplace, and defined the architecture for an LLM-powered analytics copilot.
Built a dealer-facing e-commerce platform from scratch that hit 45% digital order penetration. Launched a mobile loyalty ecosystem that drove 18% repeat purchase lift and 60% active participation within year one.
Made the leap from engineering to product. Owned strategy for IoT Hubs and Controller platforms, partnered with Schneider Electric on the Wiser India initiative, and cut cycle times by 30% through structured Agile governance.
Where it all started. Built Android apps for IoT-based home automation, working closely with firmware and backend teams. This hands-on engineering foundation shapes how I think about products today.
